HTC was founded by Dr. Francisco Fueyo González (CEO and CTO) and Mr. Javier Fernández. In the company’s initial months, we adopted a LEAN start-up methodology, focusing on agility and efficiency. Rather than hiring employees during these early stages, we outsourced key tasks to highly specialized external partners with proven expertise, including IMDEA Energía, GFM, CSIC, GNANOMAT, and SP3 Patents.
 

As we progressed, we shifted our strategy toward team growth, incorporating key profiles into our cap table. Notably, Esther Castellanos joined as Innovation Manager, bringing valuable entrepreneurial experience and expertise in innovation and start-up development.
